Who I am?
I'm Bogdan Sendroiu. I am from Romania, but I consider myself a citizen of the world.
All humanity is my people, all human history is my history.
I am glad to experience Life, to live it from multiple perspectives.
I was an educator, social worker, engineer and priest.
I was also newspaper salesman, trainer, tourist guide, dish-washer and so on.
Throughout my life I traveled with bicycle (months and months through Europe), with the kayak (including the Adriatic Sea between Trieste and Kotor), or through Romania from monastery to the monastery, over the mountains and plains .
I like to live in a voluntary simplicity way
My mission
I think that in our times we really need to connect with Nature and ourselves. A trip with a backpack in the mountains, a bicycle ride along a river, a pilgrimage to yourself on Via Alpina or Vicentina Coast are wonderful ways to discover yourself, to connect with Nature. I hope that my example will inspire you to take a break from your daily routine and to embark on a journey to yourself! To sail is amazing and possible. I hope that my articles and videos will help you to understand what you have to do for a safety and funny sailing.
Nomads of the wind
Much of our history we were nomads. We are still better adapted to this way of life than to sedentary life. The sedentariness of our civilization is non-physiological to us. But there is another aspect of "nomadic" life: it is that of opening, of continuing spiritual evolution. For Nomads of the wind life is a dance and the dancers let themselves be carried by the ”wind”.
My vision
I feel the whole Planet is a living system and I feel alive as a part of it! Seeing from this perspective is easy to be empathic and to feel the connection between all. Living in a voluntary simplicity way in the midst of Nature's challenges keep me healthy, aware, empathic, full of energy and pasion. I am grateful for the gift of Life. Love, sharing, collaboration, joy and doing things with passion are ways to give forward the amazing gift of Life!
My project
For a few years I want to sail through the Mediterranean Sea with a Seascape 18 and through articles and videos I want to share my experience with you.
My dreams and future projects
I have a dream: to be part of a nomadic community, traveling through the world on boats and spreading - through songs, dances, drawings, conferences, movies - the message of hope, collaboration and fairness of a new possible human society. A new spirituality, a new vision - based on new discoveries in biology and science - enhance interconnectivity and partnership.
